Music Fan Turned Musician

I’ve always been a major music fan as long as I can remember.  I remember seeing The Beach Boys, Billy Ocean and Van Halen in Anchorage, Alaska when I was in high school and had just gotten my driver’s license.

When I moved to Phoenix Arizona and finished high school I got to see tons of musicians: Emerson, Lake & Palmer, King Crimson, Yes, Moody Blues, Jethro Tull, Santana, Firehose, Mike Watt (bass master), Dick Dale (Surf Rock Legend) and Henry Rollins.

But, I never considered making music until now.

I’m at a point in life where I want to have a hobby. I work too much and I need an outlet. Making music suddenly became a natural thing for me to relax.

First Released Song

I love the musicians I listed above, but my style is definitely more chill. I like making music to relax to, since that’s why I’m making it, to chill out.

My first releasable song is San Diego Mornings, which I made on a recent business trip to San Diego, California in my hotel room with a view of the bay.
