I just deleted my LinkedIn account due to the massive amount of spam I was getting.

LinkedIn’s support only suggestion was to delete my account.

There are no other methods to screen out the spam I kept getting from my many thousands of connections. It was hard to tell which were legitimate and which were spamming.

So, I deleted the account entirely.

My natural connections and connecting with people via email and texting is working better.

LinkedIn is good for connecting with business people and selling them business and business marketing products.
