Keeping files private

Some of your data doesn’t have to be encrypted but the sensitive data can be. Your financial data and other sensitive data can be stored on an encrypted drive. Once your computer is booted you just open a container file and enter your passphrase (aka a long password) then another drive letter shows up and any data you put on this “virtual” drive is encryped inside the container file.

Windows XP Professional has built-in encryption but we recommend Bestcrypt. We find it easier to use and technically better.
